Who doesn’t love a slide? This design for a children’s play house accentuates how loads can be separated into vertical loads and lateral loads. The vertical loads would be supported by a wood frame and the lateral loads by a rope lattice system which would also provide a means for kids to climb around the structure. Varying heights of internal platforms further enhance the climbing experience, allowing kids to work their way through the internal maze, eventually reaching either the slide or the top of the structure.
